What better way to start off the New Year than with an Aquafit class! It’s great for the mind, body and soul! There are a number of Aquafit classes offered around town, but this will be a private class just for us and held at the Milton Leisure Centre. Join us for a 50 minute workout that may have you just loving Aquafit! Finish off with a dip in the hot tub or sauna that will be available until 10am.

What do you need? A great attitude, along with a bathing suit, towel and plastic or metal water bottle.

Please note we need a minimum of 10 members to have this class.

Also note that this outing is free for members who have a Milton Activity Pass. If you do not, the cost is $13.00.
